Information security and privacy insurance with breach response - New

Any physician member of Beaumont Health medical staff is eligible to purchase this coverage. Based on the emerging risk for physician practices, we now offer standalone insurance coverage providing information security and privacy insurance with breach response services. This coverage is 100% reinsured by a leading syndicate at Lloyds of London.

This policy provides:

• information security and privacy liability coverage
• breach response services in the event of an actual or suspected breach of personally identifiable patient information
• regulatory defense
• website media content liability
